what is a safe voltage to run a 3700x all core overclock? i currently have 1.2v core for 4.2 fully stable temps 60cmax i can also get 1.287v core to run 4.3 fully stable 71c max and 1.425v for 4.4 81c max have not done much testing at this voltage passes r20 and r23 that all i know. Thank you for any replies and to be honest I only play around with overclocking any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated thank you sorry for the bad English dyslexic

i wouldnt overclock 3000/5000 series. Just use precision boost overdrive (PBO) in bios and let it do the work for you. You arent going to get much from manually overclocking nowadays sadly

You shouldn't go higher than 1.4V for constant voltage. Ryzen will spike as high as 1.5V but it's not meant to run those voltages 24/7.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D · Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S Chromax.black · Motherboard: Gigabyte Auros X670 Elite AX · RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 64GB (2 x 32GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL30 · Graphics Card: Zotac NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Super Twin Edge OC 12GB · Boot Drive: 1TB XPG Gammix S70 Blade NVMe SSD · Game Drive: 2TB WD SN850X NVMe SSD · PSU: Seasonic Focus GX V3 1000W 80+ Gold · Case: Fractal Design North Mesh · Monitor: MSI Optix MAG342CQR 34” UWQHD 3440x1440 144Hz · Keyboard: EPOMAKER x Aula F99 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard · Mouse: Logitech G309 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse

For all loads I would keep it under 1.3v. For an easy life I wouldn’t go over 1.35.

All loads being an intense load..

The only reason why I am trying I can get higher clock speed at low voltages , and much  less noise in my case
