Can't open any programs after router reset?

Whether it be Steam, NordVPN, or any program, I cannot open it on either my Laptop or my Computer (when connected to specifically my internet), It always says 'No Internet Found' even though I am connected to the internet and this started after I reset my router, anyone have an idea how to fix this?
