Have you tried re-seating the CPU? Also, what memory settings? Are you overclocking?

I just had the same issue. I solved it by removing the cpu and placing it in again. The problem could be a bad positioning of the chip or bad thermal paste (less probable). But doing so made the machine work again. I also discovered that 2 specific slots were causing the problem, which is why I thought could be something wrong with the CPU placemente or pins. kindda odd
