Positive pressure (2 intake, 1 exhaust) on the case is more resilient to dust buildup. However not all cases will support/benefit from that particular setup. Negative pressure (2 exhaust, 1 intake) has been argued to supply cooler air consistently at the risk of dust buildup/more cleaning.
