Iphone video storage/encoding question/help

I have a Iphone 13 and love shooting video on it, but the GB start adding up fast, is they’re any easy solution in Windows or Linux to encode Iphone videos into an smaller size file?

Iphone footage is pretty small already, so you can compress it more, but your gonna start losing quality pretty quickly.

 

There are programs like shutter encoder than let you compress the files to 

 

Id just copy the footage from your phone to another device and delete the fotoage from your phone.
