Hi.

I tried to make a list of components (the list is in the photo), but i dont know if the computer will work.
Can someone check it and say if its not gonna work or its ok?

Thanks Marek.image.thumb.png.107e863528bd6c403c3daf23a8f88d04.png

Yes, the motherboard does support your CPU, Core i5-11400F (2.6GHz, 65W, L3:12M, 6C ,rev.B-0).

RAM, pretty neat! But why you not buy 2 of it to make dual-channel?

Yes. It will work properly, and give you some high fps!

You could go AMD Ryzen 5600G, and an AMD compatible mobo, and get better than gt 1030 performance on integrated graphics. That way you aren't spending $150+ on ONLY graphics, especially since a 5600G is $250 on Amazon, which is significantly cheaper than the cost of the i5 you have + the cost of an overpriced 6-7 year old budget gaming GPU.

What'd you say, Core i5-11400F is a CPU that released at Q1'21. Are you crazy?

He meant the GPU, not the CPU. The 1050 Ti is five years old and was indeed a budget GPU. I don't know what the pricing on it is, but if it's anywhere near the 250 € it costs around here, it certainly would be a rough deal.

Nah. I think that 1050ti is ok for basic games like minecraft, fortnite, roblox, Hearts of Iron IV...

if you don't mind telling us a budget, I can try to set up a better PC for the same amount of money

The math:

155+289=$444 Intel plus 1050ti

vs

$306

The 5600G is a better CPU, and only a somewhat slower GPU, than your current setup. It is also $100+ cheaper, and since it is a better CPU, you don't need to upgrade it as soon as you would have to upgrade the i5. You can use that extra $100 to get faster RAM, since iGPUs need memory bandwidth.

Yes, but what I am telling you is that the iGPU in the 5600G is just as good for basic gaming, and you get a better CPU. You also would save 100$ (note my previous post).

Oh....

In that case your build is fine, you may want to edit your first post and clarify this. I would personally go for AMD for the CPU. You could also sell the 1050ti (while prices are still inflated, people will buy your $100 GPU for $280), and wait until the prices come back down and buy a 1060 6gb. This would require patience, but also would be smart. The prices will crash, and when they do you'll be able to get something much better than a 1050ti for that money. Nearly 300$ would get you something quite nice, maybe even a 2060!

Where is your case? You said you had the SSD, GPU, and PSU from an old system?

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RwX72V I'd recommend this

Yes you're right! My GPU (I guess something like GTX 9.., 4gigs) can play Minecraft at max settings (no shader) at 66fps, with an intel i5 from Q3'12

You already have the case?
Then purchase this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Jh8cQD

Just to confirm: you are in the US right?
