Frametime/FPS drops exactly every minute if i connect more then 1 monitor.

so i got this weird problem that when i have more then 1 monitor connected i get these fps/frametime drops exactly every 60 second.

everything seems to be fine with just 1 monitor.

i tried pretty much anything i could think of and nothing seems to fix it.

im not sure when it started but i know everything worked a few months ago.

 

i got a new monitor and wanted to try it out and started noticing these stutters i thought maybe its because it was 165 hz and the others are 60 hz but it also happens if i just use the 2 60 hz monitors.

it happens in every game sometimes i dont have fps drops but the frametime still goes crazy and i get stutters for like a micro second exactly every 60 seconds. it seems to be so short that afterburner doesnt even recognize how low the fps truly go because ingame it sometime shows as low as 30 fps on the ingame fps counter but afterburn only goes down like 20 fps.

since it happens exactly every minute there must be something specific causing it.

i know its nothing simple like overheating or gsync , vsync or HZ or whatever. nothing is overclocked and if not in a game runs fine, atleast i didnt notice any hiccups outside of games.

 

pc specs:

Nvidia 2070

Ryzen 7 2700X

ASrock motherboard (not sure which but its not trash)

32 gb Ram

powersupply was i think 800w Gold from silent something

iam not sure exactly it was like 3 years ago but i dont think its my hardware if nothing is broken atleast.

 

its really annoying and i cant just use 1 monitor it drives me crazy i tried everything.

would really appreciate some help.

When I've seen that usually it's people who use rainmeter/wallpaper engine or such tool to rotate wallpapers/display info on the desktop... anything like that in use?

i read about that when i searched for a solution, but i just use a regular wallpaper and nothing like wallpaper engine or something similar.

i also tried to disable pretty much anything to see if its a programm like anti virus software or something else but it still happens.

Maybe and this is just speculation, there are programs in the background (like Network Storage, WhatsApp, Discord etc...) checking in these intervals since they automatically started with boot sequence, therefore stealing valuable cpu time and moving down frame calls.

thats what i thought but i disabled everything and it still happens.
