Hello guys
I have a problem today: back from work I decided to play some games and I turned on my a few month's old gaming pc(Ryzen 9 5900x, Asus prime, 32GB ram corsair vengeance RGB, 980 1TB SSD m2 RTX 3090 hof and EVGA 1200w 80 plus platinum) and it's wont' turn on without any reason.
I tried to remove the GPU and it booted without any problem. I tried to put the GPU on another pc with an Asus rog Maximus hero  XI and it gave me the error 62 wichs mean "generic GPU problem", I guess. which I do not understand. The GPU does not have any problem with fans or RGB but the fans never stop any suggestions? the system with the GPU never starts and it gives any signs of life.....

thank you

I've had GPU's do a similar thing in some customer machines--though never with anything as hardcore as a 3090. Since you have tried it in another PC and it is giving a generic GPU error there too, it does sound like the GPU is the issue. I'm sorry but you will need to go thru the RMA process with the manufacturer or possibly try to return it to the place you purchased it. Which is a bummer because so few retailers have 3090's to replace it with. Probably the manufacturer (Galax?) is the best way to go. Good luck.
