Seem odd since I cant figure out which app it is...

i checked event viewer but didn't find anything.  Also weird i tried to "cancel" when it tells you about the "app" preventing shutdown,  but it shut down anyway...

How can i figure out which app this is? Im not exactly comfortable with an unknown app apparently running in the background all the time.

Note this only started 2 days ago, never had this, not an "unknown" app, it'd always tell me which app (and restart or shutdown anyways lol)

Happened on every shutdown? Can you list all of your open processes?

Can you run Autoruns as Admin and check for any suspicious entry?

funny enough it didn't happen on last shutdown but for the last 2 days it did every time otherwise.

Could it be Rundll32 (exe) ? im not sure that usually runs and is the only thing that seems kinda strange to me cause i don't remember seeing it before.

you know, the very thing "3Dmigoto" used to "update" the Nvidia profile...  which i still dont understand why it did that or how it can be reversed.

EDIT: also there's remarkable little in autoruns... i was expecting way more (and i don't pretend to understand why there are several things as "running" such as Onedrive, which is almost certainly not running.. ) specifically in "logon", "scheduled tasks" and "win logon" i don't see anything particularly suspicious,  especially no rundll32 exe..

Except, what is "system32\fraps64.dll"  ???

its red ... no idea, probably nothing?
