Wireless charger buyers guide?

Hi

What are things to look for when buying a charger?
What specs matter?

I guess it's best to buy a charger that has the same rated Wattage as your phone's wireless charging capabilities
but other than that, what matters?

The google pixel 6 is rated for 21W wireless charging, the one you linked is only 10W.

The only wireless charger I’ll consider using is MagSafe mainly due to it being as efficient as you can possibly get every time. Normal pads are just really really poor and pump so much heat out.
