Is my hard drive healthy or going bad?

I have a Segate 500gb 5400rpm HDD installed in my laptop from 6-7 years, the drive in real world performs very good i.e fast boot up/shutdown, fast loading of programs, no corrupted files etc .However today I checked it with a HDD tool with report uploaded here, is rellocation error cause of concern??

While I don't think your HDD will die because of this, I'd still back up every thing that's important just to be sure

I said it's probably NOT going to die. These errors don't seem bad, but I would always recommend backing stuff up if it gives errors/makes weird noises/performs worse
