SSD not detected in windows or bios after clearing

Nbd508

So I used disk management to clear a 1tb and 500gb samsung ssd. I installed them into another computer and they do not show in the bios or the diskmanagement utility. I put them back in the same spot in the original pc and still nothing.
The do not show in samsung magician, device manager or any of the disk software solutions I've found through searching the web (such as partition magic, EaseUs)

I've swapped drives around to different SATA cables, Ports, and Power connectors. I can feel the SSDs are powered.
