GPU memory utilization 100% with 2nd monitor connected

Hi all!

 

The title is pretty self-explanatory. When I have my 2 displays connected my GPU memory usage is pinned at 100% (7570hz), as soon as I disconnect my secondary display it drops to almost 400Hz (I have an RTX 2080 Gaming x trio, overclocked of course). Voltage and GPU usage stay normal.

My main display is a LG 27GL850-B and my secondary display is a LG 27UD69P-W

 

Tips to fix this would be appreciated!
