Fps drops,please welp me!!

hello,i installed samsung evo 870 on my laptop lenovo legion y530 CPU:i5 8300H and GPU:gtx 1050 ,the games used to run realy well csgo 150+ in game, main menu 200+ Dota 2 60+ and so on,but now and i dont know,somedays ago i wanted to play some dota but i was fps drops and i didnt knew,i was ok it happends, but now i get on all of my games fps drops CSGO 100fps in main menu and 50 in game and in dota 20-30 fps.i have all my drivers up to date,in Nvidia control panel i have Hight performance i did in graphic settings to use my gpu ,i did a full scan on Windows Security,an offline scan but nothing and diagnost. i have in game settings all on low.But i tried everything and it doesnt work, and i dont know what do to ,hope you guys will help me

What are your temps?

GPU:50-65 and CPU:50-60 they dont get hot cuz i use low settings and change rez on csgo but i get fps drop from the start idk why,back when i didnt have this problem i have much bigger fps and i change nothing.
