windows freezing

hello, I’ll tell you a little about what happened some time ago to make you realize well:
ICUE did not update (nor even now), the problem of ICUE somehow poured on Windows updates, which could not be carried out, slowed down the PC and often happened that the PC crashed, not making me click anything with the mouse (although I could move it) the taskbar was unusable...
I fixed the issue by reinstalling ICUE.
When a new ICUE update arrived, the problems started again, at the moment only the freezing of the programs (the mouse can be moved quietly, but I can’t click anything).
Probably the problem is really ICUE, but why can’t I update it?
The error it gives me is simply: unable to update the software.
In addition, my PC does not have an m.2, but an HDD, Hdds can cause these problems?

I don't know, I don't have experience with ICUE software.

But what I can say, is what I would do is simple: Uninstall ICUE software, and install the latest version.

You might loose your profiles, but that is the solution. Or you can contact ICUE support, report the problem, and wait for them to issue a fix to their updater.
