Suggestions on surplus hardware

Hello, I’m looking for suggestions on what are some solid or even over looked hardware options  that would be good to create some basic NFT’s. Also what would be some hardware or units to outright avoid. Thanks

I don't think that you fully understand how an nft is created. You can do it on anything from a phone to a supercomputer.

I'm sorry, but what are you asking? Build suggestions? In that case, list your budget, country and intended use. Just saying "NFT" doesn't really help as it can be anything from one-liner to complex digital art showcase. Be more specific.

As the title states I’m looking for a pc that would be in surplus that would have the capability to create nft. So not just running a simple program like paint. My budget isn’t an exact number but it would be on the cheaper end hence something that would be in surplus and also have some good hardware. I am fully aware how NFT’s are created. Just looking for a machine that is plentiful, cheap and an over solid machine.

But you don't need a powerful pc to create an nft. The act of turning a jpg to nft is simply filling out and online form.

 

Any used office pc can do this.

Your use of the word "surplus" in this context is very confusing. Without knowing exactly what kind of workload you are trying to do, it's impossible to know what kind of hardware would be "surplus" for the task.

How do you think a random computer you buy will be making an NFT?

I think OP is asking for a build that is targeted towards mining with a surplus of power translating to just a powerful PC. But like others have said you don't mine NFT unless he wants to contribute to the blockchain which supports NFTs
