Cyberpower PC Best upgrade path if any

The pc is a Cyberpower ET8868-2471 I searched that model number and couldn't find much but looking in windows I have found these specs.

 

Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
RX 590 8GB
ASRock B450M Pro4
Ram 16GB 2x 8GB 1333 MHz

PSU Unknown

Storage SSD

 

What could I do for better gaming performance?  From everything I'm reading and seeing AMD cpus prefer fast ram would going from 2666 to 3200 or 3600 provide a noticeable improvement in games?  Games I'm looking to play are not super new like Skyrim, Fallout4, Borderlands 3, 7 Days To Die.  I can usually hit 60 fps at 1080p with most thing set to medium or low but get pretty bad "hitching" or random fps drops that can make things unplayable.   

 

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
