Mine lowest was like 6mbps when we paid for 10mbps down.

Paying bucket loads a month for fibre optic, and getting these speeds.

Mate that is atrocious.

Get on the blower to you ISP and get them to sort something out for you.

I guess it doesn't really count, but my neighbourhood was having 50% packet loss that day, so everything was a little overworked.
