TV Mount for 65'' LG CX

Hey! 

 

I need to find a mount for a 65'' CX.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.  

It will be mounted on a wall that people will walk by so low profile or the ability to turn slightly so the edge of the TV hits the wall and hides the back would work.  

I would also like it to extend out at least 19''.  

 

I know with the CX having lower mounting holes might cause some issues with certain mounts so that is why I am asking.
