Please help me find a USB 3.0 switcher that actually works

I need a usb switch that I can connect my devices(keyboard, mouse, camera and mic) and swap these devices between 3 devices.
Dont need a traditional KVM as I am fine just changing the display source for it. 

My problem is that I cant seem to find a single reliable USB 3 switch that can supply power and runs well. 
Apparently many of such switches are either woefully underpowered or are missing essential components to protect against power surges.
Also, apparently they dont "hot swap" the peripherals in some cases and require you to restart the machine.

Can someone please help me pic a USB 3 switch that supports 4 USB devices and can connect to 4 machines?
