i usually would trust malwarebytes but this just seems a little cookie cutter ad placement and since there are no links to it anywhere on their main site i am a little skeptical

It's an ad for their Premium version, it's full legit.

It's legit. A little while ago Malwarebytes changed their payment to a subscription model. I bought the pro before that happened and that page is a final offer to get pro for life.

sam here! i though might as well get a lifetime before they change to subscription. lucky i did.
