Posted November 28, 2021 Noctua has been shipping AM4 compatible NH-U12S since 2019. There should be no need to order the SE+AM4 version, unless it is much less expensive. Hopefully the memory is CL16 or lower. I would suggest a good B550 motherboard. Get a better PSU. I'd suggest something from Tier A. 80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
