You can use it as a Hotspot if your mobile plan allows for it.

should of said this first. when i mean as adapter i mean connect it to my wifi router then plug in to my pc and use it to send wifi signal to my pc.

So like a repeater? I don't think so.

 

However there could be some sort of an app that does it.
