Looking for suggestions

After moving, pretty much shelled everything excerpt for laptops, Need a gaming chair, desktop and monitor. For a year or high end. so then I will upgrade to a fancy new one. Been out of components and product for a while.
Budget 1000-1200, not fixed. Completely ok with second hand and completely open to  be suggested individual parts, actually preferred. 

 

Budget

- 100-300 chair

- 600-800 Deskop and all components

- 200-400 monitors. Need ultra wide, preferable 32'' plus but smaller is ok, 4k and at least 120hz

My priority is to get a chair as I still need to seat and have a chair even on laptop
