using two pus's with the green wires connected

dose anyone know if its safe to connect the green wires on 2 psu's to have them turn on at the same time like in this image so that i can just power on the board or is using the same ground bad or somthing

If you are fine with loosing any sort of warranty you might have maybe it would work but I'd recommend against something like that as a cheap GOOD PSU can be found for just $65 (I'm talking about the cooler master one GN reviewed)

What's the brand and model of those PSUs?

What GPU do you want to power with it. The 200w is probably crap and has a very bad voltage regulation when you use it for 12v only.

If you want the GPU to die soon, go ahead.

its just some crappy dell and hp psus that im gonna use on a 560 ti its not gonna get used much so dying soon is not a problem

its not a compaq thats the old one that never worked

plus the 640 w wouldnt fin in my other pc

Just going to point out. These are very cheap and do the same thing without wire modifications.
