Issues with Windows 10 update

I was playing Diablo 3 this morning and my mouse and keyboard just stopped working. soo left click and scrolling didn't work on my mouse, my keyboard was even weirder, my caps was always on and when I enabled it it lower cased my letters. no number pad, 1-0 didn't work right, if I pressed 1 I got ! instead. I don't know what happened.. restarted my pc could almost not login because of this issue.  I installed that new 21H1 update and it fixed the issue...

 

As anyone else come across this issue??
