Posted November 22, 2021 I just used a few streaming services for the first time in a long long time on my pc and realized that some aren't pushing 1080p to chrome (namely netflix and prime video). Now i'm wondering if I should use the Windows 10 apps instead. I wanted to get an opinion on what people mostly use for their own set ups. Posted November 22, 2021 Most people might disagree, but Brave. I use it daily and it blocks ALL ads (YouTube too) without a plugin like Ublock and is built by the man who single-handedly created JavaScript. If you want something equally secure (without built-in adblock) and NOT Chromium based, I'd say Firefox. I haven't had an issue with 1080p (when I had Prime). Posted November 22, 2021 I honestly just forget the Microsoft store exists and has apps for those kinds of things. My browser is always open so there's very little reason to not just open a new tab for what ever i want to watch. ◒ ◒
