Random freezing issue

Been having random freezing problems. i upgraded to windows 11 which i had to change from legacy to UEFI along with something with TPM, I made these changes and installed ever since then ill be watching videos or doing something and the pc will randomly freeze leading to needing to be hard reset, ive since gone back to windows 10 but am still having the same problem.

Anyone know about the issue or how to fix it.

Does this happen with anything else or just videos?

Check that your graphics drivers are not corrupted, just remove, and do a clean install.

More than likely they were corrupted when you upgraded to 11 and they stayed that way when you reverted. Not uncommon of an issue.

If this doesnt fix the issue let us know.

Upgraded to windows 11 still having the same issue but takes a little longer to happen now
