can anyone help identify this?

I recently got this error in battlefield 2042 and i would just want to know what is really the error and the solution to this

Have you tried the repair option inside Origin on BF2042 to see if there are errors? This error sounds related to either bad DirectX installs or corrupt graphics card drivers.

Nope, still crashes, but other games like forza horizon 5 and just cause 4 crash the same way.

Everything freezes except the camera movement in games.

I had that issue for a long time now

Do you have any in-game overlays running? Try disabling them and try playing the game again.

Turned them off was fine for about 2-3 hours and now the games just freeze

Damn...thought we were making progress there for a second. The only thing I can think of is to redownload the DirectX libraries.

Ye tried that and the game crashes the same way we started with

I'm all out of options here. Maybe try reseating the graphics card. I know it sounds unusual but some people have issues with games crashing and just by reseating the graphics card rectifies the issue.

Did that already, and reseated the gpu, also tried a different pci slot and still crashes

I can move my camera in-game but everything else just freezes
