software |Razer Deathadder Elite| LED lights not turning off when pc is off

whenever i turn off my pc my mouse just stays lit, when i plug it out and then back in to the pc the lights dont light up anymore. this was happening to me about a month ago, then it stopped. now its doing it again. i have no idea whats causing it and how to fix it. i tried everything from uninstalling razer synapse to using older drivers. i have no idea how i fixed it before, any help is appreciated
