Can't install torrents

So I wanted to download something with utorrent and it said that there is a new uttorent version, so it moved me to google. I uninstalled the old utorrent and wanted to download the new version, but i didn't let me.

I installed the utorrent setup but I couldn't run it. so I installed bittorrent and the same thing happened again.I double click it, it opens up an extracting window for a sec. and that's it, nothing happends, it doesn't open up in task manager.

HELP what do I do?

You downloaded a virus or something that hides on your computer and later downloads a virus.

Get an antivirus if you don't have one and scan your computer.

You can also go on https://virustotal.com and upload the file you downloaded.

 

uTorrent shouldn't download an update from Google servers...

 

Last but not least, just stop using uTorrent, there's much better and free/open source torrent programs out there... for example qBitTorrent:  qBittorrent Official Website

I scanned my pc with everything, Windows defender, ccleaner and malware bytes... uTorrent didn't start downloading instantly, it moved me to their website on google and said that there's a new version.

Wow I tried to download uTorrent again and this showed up

You should just use Qbitorrent which is a Open source and way better version of Utorrent without all the crap and adware.

Damn I really just Intalled a virus more than 10 times, qbittorent runs perfectly fine... it's fine now.
