Gskill ram RGB control

Hi 

The ram in my pc is gskill and it started controling only one stick, I have a 2 slot mothermoard 

I use the gskill trident z RGB software and it was working fine until now 

I can't find similar cases on forums so I was hoping you guys maybe had some ideas 

I also have icue running in the background for my fans but that was never an issue before so I doubt it's something to do with that

try reinstalling the gskill software, this happens for me from time to time, that always does the trick for me.

I tried that but didn't work 

But I didn't restart my pc before reinstalling it maybe that's why
