So my I7-2700k got stuck in a bootloop that I couldn't get it out of. It kept repeating debug codes 15 19 10 03 or 15 19 08 03 or 15 19 03. I replaced it with a I7-3770k and now it won't boot at all. I have changed mobos, PSU, used the ram in different slots, tried each stick one at a time, tried booting outside the case incase there was a short inside, tried booting with nothing but the cpu, it's cooler, and the ram, and I've tried the main and backup bios and nothing seems to work. I'm all out of ideas.

Motherboard: GA-Z77X-UD5H

Old CPU: I7-2700k

New CPU:I7-3770k

RAM: 4x8gb DDR3

Old PSU: Corsair CX750M

New PSU: Corsair CX600M

Why was the cpu changed

When i tried to boot with the old CPU the MOBO would loop the same debug cods; 15 19 10 03 or 15 19 08 03 or 15 19 03. I assumed the processor was bad and got a new one and now the computer wont boot.

Processoes usually never break but when they do they usually will not function at all. Keeping in mind its just a chunk of gold and silicon.

Id check and make sure that cpu is actually not functional as its really not a common occurrence

I tried the 2700k on the old mobo and the new one and got the same loop on both of them. I tried clearing the CMOS and pulling the bios battery letting it sit and trying after that and it still didnt start up, just gave me the same loop.
