PSU Help

I saw the PSU Tier List but it was basically Latin to me so I will just outright ask for help.

 

Looks for a recommendation on a 850W PSU. I want to say there isn't a budget because they say don't cheap out on a PSU but at least something cost effective would be nice.

 

Another question if you could help as well would be: I bought Kryonaut Thermal Grease and noctua NT-H1 Thermal Paste on recommendation. Which would you use?
