I broke everything

I got a new hyper evo 212 so I tried to of my CPU to 4.0 GHz and now its not turning on.... The screen just stays black but all the fans and the lights are working I dont know what to do I'm panicking help please

Press the clear cmos button if your motherboard has that or pull out the battery from your motherboard, wait a couple of seconds and put it back to reset the BIOS.

Standard tech support:

Are you sure your monitor and graphics card are plugged in?
What else did you change when you installed the cooler? (eg. cables, using different ports)

Turn it on.

 

Wait 20 seconds.

 

Hold power until it turns off.

 

Wait 10 seconds.

 

Turn it on.

 

That usually trigers the automatic OC Fail built into most BIOS.

 

Failing that pull the CMOS battery/jumper

Seeing a friend Have the same problem and THIS^^^ Being the soloution I would go with this.
