A few questions:

Did the settings change (like, it defaulted to something else then before)?

Did you clean your computer frequently? (AKA remove dust)

How full is your SSD/HDD?

Also, checking these above and making it better might regain some of your lost performance, but I do think it's a good idea to upgrade your CPU.

First of all your system should run that game good.

I believe it has more to do with Graphic settings. But you also should check your CPU and GPU temps. And how much of your system resources are used. 100 % cpu is bad, 100% gpu is totally okay.

Warzone system requirements are changing over time.

is Raytracing active/on?

Render Resolution: 100%

DLSS on?

V-Sync: Disabled

you should try and check it.

Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite,  Ryzen 9 3900x, Dark Rock Pro 4, 16 GB Crucial Ballistix  RGB 3600 MHz CL16 RAM, RTX 3080 TI FE Watercooled, 6 Case Fans,  Fractal Design Meshify S2

You are awesome, stay safe and healthy.

Can you check thermals and usage of CPU/GPU while gaming?

my gpu never goes above 65 temp wise my gpu usage stays between 80 and 90% usage and my cpu stays around 60% usage while in game

tbh that's about what I'd expect from this hw, but are you sure settings didn't change,  maybe u had used dlss or something previously.

Post *all* graphics settings- i know there's tons - and thats the issue, I'd need to see them all.
