PC turns off and on (no bios or anything)

Chemical_

GPU: GTX 1070

CPU: I7-7700K (4.20GHZ)

RAM: 16GB

PSU: ACBEL i power 85 550

Hello, my pc (Asus rog GT51) keeps turning on and off. I switch the power button and then it turns off and on, it continue to do this until I stop it by switching it off at the back. Its been like this for awhile but always managed to pull through, now it doesnt boot up or anything. Not even power to the usb. I brought this pre-built and has lasted me a few years without problems. I think it might be the PSU thats the problem but I am not too sure. Any help is appreciated. This really sucks.

Wow thank you for the fast reply! And no sadly, I'm thinking about buying a new psu to see if it is the problem but I wanna see what others say just in case the psu isnt the problem aha. However I think it could be the psu but I am not an expert.
