My pc has been slow for the past year and I also tried to reset it twice and it was super fast at the beginning but after a month or so it really began to slow down.

I have already updated my drivers and anything but it is still lagging in game.

Looking at the data -  Performing below potential (17th percentile) - Ensure that this drive is connected to a SATA 3.0 port with a SATA 3.0 cable.

Have you used the https://www.kingston.com/unitedstates/us/support/technical/ssdmanager - to see is the drive is healthy?

Your drive is nearly full (186 out of 220 GB used) so the SSD is full of "dirty" blocks that need to be erased but the drive pospones that to extend ssd life,  and the controller doesn't have a lot of SLC cache to cache those writes the benchmark does to give you higher speeds (because it had to convert the slc cache back to tlc memory to store data, as you filled it up close to the maximum)

Free around 20-30 GB, do a TRIM, and maybe try again after a pc restart after all background tasks are initialized and you don't have other programs writing to ssd
