Russian Steam Key

On G2A arma 3 is only 10 dollars for a russian key. Will I have to use a VPN to play or just to redeem the key? Will it be in english? And will I be banned?

You don't need a VPN to play, just to activate it. As far as I know it will be in English, but there is a chance that you can get banned for doing this. Never actually heard of anyone getting banned for it, but I thought I'd give you a heads up.

Steam Subscriber Agreement has stuff about proxies and vpns and buying things with them.

I did it with a friend for getting Saints Row 4 to unlock before the date. Nothing has happened yet.

For one measly game I think they wouldn't care. As soon as near half your library consists of you connecting up with a different countries IP every time is when in my opinion they'll start to notice and take action.

It does work so yeah go for it. Just find a secure VPN service that will support Russia.

Is open vpn ok. It lets me change it to moscow russia.

I am not one to ask about VPN's. I use Privateinternetaccess but they don't have Russia.

Chances are the first one will go fine, but there is likely a trigger that locks the account.

No! Your entire account will be banned. Valve do not mess around when it comes to circumventing the region lock.

 

Ask yourself this: is it worth risking your entire games catalog?
