Badges do not link from user's profile page

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Poking around at the new ranks/badges

 

What happened?

I discovered that clicking on users' badges on their profile does not lead to the badges section of their profile like clicking on their rank/badge elsewhere does

 

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to be taken to the badges section of their profile picture

 

Link to a page where it happened, if applicable: 

Any user's profile page, add "/badges" to the end of the link if the link doesn't end in a slash, "badges" if it does

It's not actually a bug either - The reason you can't click on the rank to go to that page is that that user doesn't actually have any badge, so it doesn't display the actual button that would make you go on the badge section. You can check out my profile to see what I mean.

Is it possible to add the link to the rank button? Not many users have badges and it's intuitive to click on the rank rather than the badge.
