Go to a user's badge page. Example: https://linustechtips.com/profile/519965-spotty/badges/

 

What happened?

Weird line with a dot on top below the PFP.

 

What did you expect to happen?

Nothing to be present there.

Any other relevant details:

Seems this was something planned but never ended up being a thing and was left incomplete. I think this was meant to be in line with the badge logos as shown(the gray lines I've drawn):
