I believe you can get a better board with integrated wifi in it. Also a better drive with, as this one is only Sata. I believe there should be better cheaper SSD's for less. Maybe something like this:

So good CPU choice, this thing is fast enough. Switched the motherboard to one with Wifi for only 10 bucks more. 16GB or Ram because Office and an open browser will slow down performance. Just a bit more futureproofing. Went with a good NVMe SSD that has cache, so it is a bit snappier and has more longevity then the WD blue. Went for a cheaper case, as this one will also be enough. The PSU is also a bit cheaper and still enough. I believe this will suffice.

Id suggest going for a barebones like deskmini x300 then adding the cpu, rams, and storage. Heck you can even buy them prebuilt with all the parts included tho i wouldnt trust that since they prob cheap out on ram which is a horrible thing

Deskmini x300 formfactor is mini stx which is abit smaller than mini itx, for the parts buy a 3200g, 8x2 3200mhz sodimm rams, and a cheap m.2 like kingston a2000

For an OFFICE pc you sure got your priorities mixed up .... single channel memory will slow down the system,  you don't need a 80 euro case ...

Here's a build  WITHOUT video card.

Buy any used video card from eBay or whatever, it's stupid to spend 80 euro on a new video card

https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/qKyqxc

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (12nm) 3.2 GHz 6-Core Processor  (€140.15 @ Amazon France)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M DS3H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  (€63.85 @ Amazon France)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL15 Memory  (€67.19 @ Amazon France)
Storage: Western Digital Blue SN550 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive  (€54.49 @ Amazon France)
Case: Deepcool MATREXX 30 MicroATX Mini Tower Case  (€37.75 @ Amazon France)
Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE Bronze 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  (€41.01 @ Amazon France)
Total: €404.44

Oh yeah, add a wireless card if you need to.

You could take the video card from the old systems, if they're pci-e cards.

Even if you buy a new video card at stupid high price of around 60-80 euro, you're still in the 500 euro budget.

Or find some used video cards locally for around 30-50 euro.

Something else you may want to consider ... those small form factor computers that Servethehome has reviewed lately

On intel version the advantage is cheaper cpus

On amd version the advantage is better graphics and if you go for the 5x00g cpus then youll also get better efficiency
