  10. this is what I would go for, half the ram less storage, a cheaper motherboard and 3060ti instead of a 3060, you save like 500 bucks

  13. I'd get the i5 1400f, a b460, 80 bucks for 16gb 3000 or 3200 ram, for storage a 240gb ssd and a 1tb hhd for 70 bucks, a 50 dollar case and a 1650super
