Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Hover over someone's profile.

 

What happened?

A gray border/outline is shown on pfp's that are transparent.

What did you expect to happen?

No borders.

Any other relevant details:

Only happens on images that are transparent at the edges. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but it certainly doesn't look good. This wasn't present before the update.
