I decided to vacuum the dust at the bottom of the pc and to clean some dust around the cooler etc,and after i finished it i turned it on and it turns on and fans ramp up and glow, but its like it won't boot all the way. Theres a sequence at the begging of every start up when fans first spin and then spin slighly faster and continue with that speed the rest of the way, now it seems they are stuck on that first "speed" and it wont post, at all, not even mobo logo, just endless boot cycle. Tried switching ram slots, didn't work. None of the cables are unplugged as well. Possibly a dead mobo?

I don't think it does.. It's a Asus Prime X370 Pro. I tried without the ram at all, i only have one 16gb stick, does exact same thing, i think the ram is dead.

it won't boot if the ram isn't in it.

Of course lol, its just that it does the same boot loop because it cant detect the ram, therefore it prob means its dead.

Uh... are you sure it's looping the same way? Do you have another stick of RAM to try that you know is good? I feel like you haven't proven that it's RAM 100%  yet.

Could be RAM, just not sure you proved it 100% yet. I mean you did use a vacuum on the inside of your computer, which is a no no. Could have damaged your components with ESD. Now I know Linus did that video showing that it isn't easy to kill your stuff with an ESD, that doesn't mean it still can't happen.

100% same type of loop, not even shutting down and restarting or anything else. I'll take one from my friend to see if it's really ram. I did press and hold the power button on pc after i turned off the psu thinking i would be safe from esd..
