DNS PROBE FINISHED NXDOMAIN Error

Hello Networking friends

sooo idk if my NIC is dying or something maybe?? but lately I've been expericing really hard issues with DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. I've tried OpenDNS, Cloudflair, Google, my ISP's DNS. I've tried 2.4 and 5G Wifi as well as just being straight hardwired into the network. I reformatted and reinstalled a complete fresh install of Windows 10 and tried newer and older drivers.

pictures here of the errors I get - launchers arn't loading things or throwing errors and showing that the servers arn't avaible. web pages arn't loading all the way or images are missing etc..

gone ahead and included some images in the Imgur link above to show what kinda errors I experience... I've tried so many things I'm starting to think my NIC is dying? It's hard to tell because I do speed tests and I get what I pay for which is 500down 25up w/Charter Spectrum and I've already called them as well and they don't see any issues with the modem or anything on their side of things.

any network gurus got ideas please??

Follow the line of connection. Some ISP routers I used hijack DNS port and use their own. Your issue might be on the router side or the ISP side. Also disable your extensions first, those can also impact which DNS your browser uses.

Your PC > Router > Modem > ISP

even in games too though?? like if you see the pictures I linked it's affecting league of legends and Albion Online..

also when I play Albion online and I am zoning from 1 map to another I'll randomly dc and it tells me the servers arn't avalible or they're offline but they're really not.

That only gets rid of your extensions being the issue. Your issue is one of these.

Update: it's my ISP or a route that's messed up somewhere..

I forgot I had another PC in my closet I haven't used for over a year and so I hooked it up to see if I would get the errors there too and sure enough I did. I finally called back and my ISP sent out a tech to test the lines, test signal strenghts and they also replaced our Modem to see if it might of been the issue. He tested it all and got the new modem setup and it still did the issue minutes after and the tech saw it happen as well.

Tech said it's something engineers would have to look into but unformtunately there's no way to contact engineers directly. I'll have to keep calling to get them to come out and test until they see an issue and THEN they can escelate it and get someone higher out to look into things and it could just be a routing issue.

The problem started happening back when that big outage happened and Facebook, Tiktok and other sites went down so there could just be a big issue with the way DNS servers or routing is happening? in which case nothing anyone can do till internet engineers can get issues fixed =/
