Is the RTX 2060 SUPER a decent choice for a light budget performing Graphics Card?

VegasDreamsForARTX3090

Thinking about buying NVIDIA'S RTX 2060 SUPER for the future since my "gaming" laptop with a GTX 1050 is almost if not 2 years old so i'm hoping to switch.

DLSS keeps it relevant longer... (or at the FPS you'd actually want while maintaining respective quality (Variable 720p/900p/1080p Native vs 1080p DLSS Options)
It's also without DLSS, a decent bit stronger in titles. (Think GTX1050/Ti within 10% of eachother) to the GTX1070 abilities...+DLSS on top.

Sounds good to me, depending on prices.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
