Gpu fan not spinning good making loud noises and small amount of yellow fluid leaked

Hello all, 

 

booted up my computer today and put it under load. The fans sounded really loud and weird so I went to look and one of the fans was vibrating weirdly. I also noticed a yellow guild that had seamed to leak out at some point. Gpu is a 2060rtx.

 

can anyone help diagnose this?

that  fan bearing is failing , you will need to change the fans  what model is your gpu ?

never a good sign when your fan is peeing...
