Fun part that I today install Win11 and I not even get warning about that try install on unsupported hardware it not let me upgrade from Win10 but from USB installed without any issue and don't get even single word warning about unsupported hardware over all even in Windows update settings don't have anymore message that this PC is not supported even it run on 7th Gen. Win 11 work fine don't have any noticeable difference in performance even all this security features is on.

As long as you have:

  • SecureBoot
  • TPM 2.0
  • 4GB of RAM or more
  • Storage drive that is 64GB or more in size

Windows 11 can be installed without any workarounds.

CPU requirements is really for:

  • Chipset Drivers support
  • Lowest impact by security features due to CPU having technologies which accelerated things
  • CPU security issues fixed
  • Support by AMD and Intel of their CPUs
  • motherboard manufacturers and OEM support (UEFI updates)
