Should be a fine spec but good luck getting a card I have been on the EVGA wait list for almost 5 months now.

To put it lightly the only things that make sense are the case and psu

 

120mm coolers suck ass, even a cheap 4 heatpipe tower like the se 224 xt is gonna obliterate that poor aio so go for a cheap 4 heatpipe tower like said se 224 xt or freezer 34

 

Just go for 10th gen intel rather than ryzen 3000, similar performance but much cheaper, board wise a b560 ds3h, pro vdh, pro4 would work fine

 

Corsair ram hates ryzen so stupid choice, itll work with intel but rgb pro is still overpriced trash so go for some cheaper rgb rams or just forego rgb rams altogether and have the case be rgb cause case rgb is much more visible than ram rgb

 

Spend a few more $ and you can get an nvme ssd
